- I'm a 62 year old retired woman. I've been married to my husband 28 years. We met in Los Angeles, while we were both working for Playgirl Magazine. I was assistant controler and he was the head of distribution. We moved to Chicagoland in the late 80's (I was raised here) for his work. We have no children together but he has children and grandchildren from a previous marriage.
I've always been interested in computers and started working on them way back in the dark ages of DOS. I learned to program in dBASE and wrote an accounting package for personal use. I've been the webmaster of several different websites, this being my latest, and as you know, LOVE TV and movies.

You Tube Raw Show Intros with stats
I post the raw show opening for the Silent Generation/Baby Boomers to view on You Tube and started adding the years statistics with the year 1955. I decided to post the 5 years ones, (that have the stats) in here, but be warned that with all the credits in them, they will be spoilers for the games.

The 50's
I've had a request to add more Fifties (again) and just want to let everyone one know that not only is it a tough decade to find actual video for, but it was also an era with only 3 major networks and very little original programming compared to today's standards. If I get requests for particular shows in any decade - I'll do the research (time permitting) and try to add the shows.
Other than that, I don't intend to scout anymore shows for the Fabulous Fifties.

Glenn said… - Thanks for the reply Cat. That's what I remember about Sugarfoot. Another show I liked was Peter Gunn, not a western but it was cool. The cars he drove on the show were like '57 or 58' Desotos or Dodges with the tailwings, love those old cars with character. Which city or town are you in?

The Captain mentioned "Sugarfoot" I remember seeing it on tv and liking it. I've looked for it online but cannot find any shows online. I think it was affiliated with "Cheyenne", "Bronco", and of course Bret and Bart "Maverick".

I don't know how they got there in the first pace...but was pleased they were there...have played around with the add badge thing and can't figure it out ...also can't sign in here on my computer...doesn't recognize my email address? But I can sign in on Mark's laptop?? One of the things I love about computers. Weren't they supposed to make my life easier...lol...oh another thing..all those cute Alt + a number = symbols works on mine...not on this laptop. Grrrrrr.

One was called "SUGARFOOT" (I'm SURE YouTube has video for THIS one!)
And the other was called "BRONCO" ! I think that these 2 are worth adding! I put up another catch phrase that I'm SURE you will Know! I still enjoy your games a lot--I apologize for being so intermittent in my visits!
